His success and achievements were featured in 3 Straits Times Newspaper Article in the year 2004 and has also been featured in interviews by MediaCorp ’Let’s Talk’ (Channel U) in the year 2014 and also radio talk shows.
Nicholas Ong was also the ‘Singapore’s Youngest Bodybuilder at the age of 15’ in Singapore’s sporting history and represented Singapore to compete in the 18th ASIAN MEN JUNIOR BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS ‘Bangkok, Thailand’ (2004), and had been receiving the WBPF Silver Award Medal on 15th June 2014 from Secretary-General of ABBF & WBPF ‘ Datuk Paul Chua ‘ - in recognition of his dedication and efforts in aiding the development of bodybuilding and physique sports.
